What Is the The Scroll of Truth Meme?

The Scroll of Truth is a four-panel comic featuring a green character in a brown hat. The character finds a chest in a crystal-filled cave, pulls a scroll from it, and opens it to reveal a blank space for a caption. In the final panel, the character cries “NEHHH” and runs away from the scroll. The joke is that someone seeks the truth, sees an answer they dislike, then rejects it rather than accepting it.
