What Is the Where Monkey Meme?

Where Monkey shows three orangutans seated around a round studio desk, looking at one another as if they are trying to work something out. Two caption boxes let you frame the scene as a question and a response, or as two sides of a confused exchange. The meme is used when someone is looking for an answer, trying to understand an odd situation, or reacting to something that makes little sense.

Where the Meme Comes From

The image shows orangutans on a television studio set, with a red couch, a circular desk and a colorful landscape visible through the windows. It is generally shared as a reaction-image template; the exact source and original context are not widely established. The meme spread online as a way to depict confusion and searching for an explanation.

How to Use the Template

Use the two boxes to create a short question-and-response or a pair of reactions:

1. Question or problem: Put the puzzling situation in the first box, such as "Where did my weekend go?".
2. Answer or reaction: Add the confused response in the second box, such as "Monday is already here".

Keep each line brief so the exchange reads clearly with the monkeys' searching expressions.
