C'mon Do Something Meme Template & Generator

What Is the C'mon Do Something Meme?

The C'mon Do Something meme template is a rough black-line drawing of a tall, thin stick figure standing on the left side of a mostly blank white image. Its head tilts slightly, and one arm reaches down and outward. The empty space beside the figure is where the captions go. The meme expresses impatience, frustration, or anticipation when someone or something is taking too long to act. It can also be used to show someone waiting for a predictable event or reaction.

Where the Meme Comes From

This is a simple line-drawing reaction meme. The image itself does not identify a specific person, film, show, or event, and its original creator and first posting are not clearly established. The format is generally used online as a reaction to waiting for something to happen, with captions added beside the figure to name the situation or the thing being awaited.

How to Use the Template

Use the two text areas to name what is happening and what the figure is waiting for:

1. Situation: Describe the delay or setup, such as "Me waiting for the meeting to end".
2. Waiting for: Name the action or event that still has not happened, such as "Someone says we can leave".

Keep the wording short so it fits beside the drawing and makes the wait easy to recognise.
